I give a gift of myself to thee. Tkae it freely; freely it is offered, and forever thoughhave me in thy keeping. i swear love unto you and plege you my troth, May those who watch over love whatch over this oath and those who keep it, and may we never find fault in their eyes.
This oath needs no explanation. It is spoken in unison by the two (or more) lovers it binds, and two songbirds turn visable to the lovers. The instant the oath is broken, the bird cases to sing, perching silently, on the shoulder of the oathbreaker and is visable to all to show the oathbreaking. (the songbird may not be tampered with at all or touched)
