Interestingly enough, most combat specced rogues seem to be favoring a flavor of 30/31. No real damage boost there except for cold blood and a chance to generate a few more Combo points with seal fate. No big change.
Sub gets another big boost.
Master of Sub dumps 10% damage for 6 seconds after an opener. Helps in pve, bigger pvp talent. Deadliness to fill ( Can't really get MoS if you go deadliness, but deadliness is better for overall attack all around. )
Sinister Calling gives a 10% to agility. Alot of the mathemiticians are screaming lackluster. I unno. Currently 10% agility of 300 Agil as a bottom would be 30 extra agility. Equal to two +15 agil enchants. Definately not shabby, and every bit helps. You can even pick up at least 4/5 Cheat Death on that route, unless you want to pick up MoS instead. Survivability or Damage I guess. I'm guessing theres going to be some nasty AoE from BC mobs.
If you didn't go the Sinister Calling route ( Remember, With hemo, Atk pow is your main focus, so it'd be a really tough decision. ) You could pick up MoS and more survivability with Enveloping Shadows. 3/3 15% chance to avoid AoE. Thats definitely not shabby. 15% flat to magical AoE and dodge (Evasion and Ghostly Strikes ) stackable I'd presume to Mellee AoE and still manage 4/5 Cheat Death. Thats overkill immunity to AoE Mellee for 7 seconds and, pending on gear, still immunity to AoE Mellee for 15 seconds. Hell, 30 seconds with prep.
Or if you wanted you could do variations of 2/3 Enveloping Shadows and 3/5 Sinister Calling or 3/3 ES and 2/5 SC. Either way, you still got the 5/5 Deadliness.
To me Cheat Death is to much of a great talent to pass up, but thats just me. It has alot of uses, however a bunch of them are situational. It can and will still save your life.
Either way, to me, It'd be 21/0/40. The Survivability boost is lovely and gives more Scaling Talents for Hemo specs, which closes the gap just that more towards combat specs.
Cheers.
