Devance paces the fire looking upon the many cubs and nodding his pink hair knott bobbing with him, he peers at them with one eye. He takes a deep breath to speak the story of the first sacrfice.
"Many years ago when the Voodoo first seperated from the zandalar to further contimplate their goddess dey lived in peace fer many many years. Dey found der homes upon de far off island to bother nor troll nor human nor anyones.. dey lived amoungts de islands and meditated, der goddess occasionaly visting and putting her blessings amunst her little loyal tribe. She was ah beauitful goddess, her long hair was as gold as de sun in mid days. Her snake eyes did not echo fear as most snakes do taday but love, an warmth. Her snake body was always sleak and smooth, an her face brought many o de trolls to der knees in worship."
Deviance takes a breath watching the younglings, he nods silently to himself making sure the lore was correct.
"Jaunti de head priest fell deeply in love wid her, he worshiped at her site an would do nothin else but eat sleep and worship, many oder trolls saught love o anoder troll but he had fallen for his own goddess not only in worship but he wanted to be wid her always. Many o de folk called him crazeh but his love neva wavered.. dis went on fer many many years.. and de goddess while she loved him rejected him in dis fashion. He never did stop lovin hers."
"He was blessed wid long life an afta a while his bodeh became weak an he would hobble to de goddess' worship site daily praying and loving knowing he would some day join her an be close ta hers."

"Normaly dis is where ah tell chew jaunti loved her till his endin day, but sadly dis is not how dis tail ends... sadly de demons found de voodoo island and began to burn down de voodoos huts an villages... ,many trolls knew nothin o war becuse we had lived our lives amunst de islands away from everyones but we knew how ta hunt.. and hunt weh did against de demons.. de demons caught de goddess an pulled her from de sky she fell wid a thud an peered up at de demons.. she knew she could not win against ah army o dem demons, but dey grabbed her an clawed at hers.. dey took part o her.. but.. afta dat she broke away an fled.. but dey wanted more.. capturin part o her in ah stone dey ran afta her she jus needed more times.."
"Jaunti finaly seeing de goddess fleeing stood between him and his beloved an he held up his staff roaring at de demon army.. making them stop.. jus fer ah second.. before dey killed him an his staff shattered in ah thousand peaces.. but dat was enough time fer de goddess to flee into de winds an open her eye to dem.. what de humies call de sun blinded de demons an drove dem back jus fer ah short time.
"Afta de attack an afta de demons retreated fer ah bit.. de goddess looked down upon de only remains o jaunti his staff an slowly picked it up she roared out "My first sacrfice to me, be reborn amunst the stars! For you have kept your oath, for you followed me into death an for this i shall place you near me always jaunti, ah shall make chew de closet star ta me" an she threw up de peices o de staff.. coloring de sky wid his soul."
